These drawings are part of a series inspired by the discoveries of prominent Neuroscientists.  

This project came about through working with two scientists who were producing a comic book story on Neuroscience.  

This series of artworks takes traditional art to another level by modernising academic portrait painting and throwing in symbolisms inspired by scientific discoveries into the mix.

As part of the Art and Science on the Brain event held at the Barbican, London, in 2013, Ting did a live painting event and spoke to visitors about the progress of Neuroscience though discoveries by various academics in the field.
